Building six packs For Women
For women building a six pack is difficult, more difficult than for a man. Women face a few obstacles. First of all, women are biologically built to carry more weight than men. Women have a higher percentage of body fat which easily covers a six pack, making it invisible. Genetics may also play a role in building six packs. Some people just are not genetically able to build six packs. Many times women fall prey to this burden. However, there are some things a woman can do to try to build a six pack.
Do cardiovascular exercise. Since a woman needs t lose more weight cardio exercises are the way to kick up weight loss. Simply cardio like walking or jogging will work just fine.
Eat good. You need to eat a low calorie, low fat and low sugar diet. Since you are fighting to lose weight and it will be a difficult battle you need to make sure your diet is healthy and on track. Be sure, though, that you do not crash diet. You need to be eating healthy. This means getting the required calories your body needs. Just cut out all the bad foods.
Use proper form when exercising. Using bad form leads to injuries which really slows down the process. Make sure you learn the correct way to do each exercise and that when you are doing them you are focused and maintaining the proper form.
Do weight lifting exercises. Including weight lifting will also help you to burn fat and build muscle.
Drink lots of water. Replace sugary drinks with water. This means less calories and sugar in your diet. Plus water is essential to the body and will help your body process what you eat. It also helps you to burn fat.
You should be able to see a great improvement in your overall body fat percentage by following these tips. Do not forget, though, to also work your abdominal muscles. You need to build them up, too. Through this combination you should be able to get a six pack. If after all of this work you still see no six pack then you may be one of the unlucky few who are genetically cursed to not be able to ever develop one, but on the bright side you will be healthier and have still have a nice looking stomach.
